Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon, cut into 4 fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 20 lime tortilla chips, crushed

Instructions

  • Brush each fillet with olive oil. Then, squeeze a little lime juice over each one.
  • Use a food processor to crush the tortilla chips. Next, pour into a shallow bowl.
  • Dip the top of each piece of salmon into the crushed tortilla chips.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with olive or avocado oil. Air fry at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket every few minutes.
