Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk (can be dairy free)
- 3 c. old-fashioned or rolled oats
- 1 large peach, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, and Greek yogurt. Then, whisk in the eggs and milk. Next, use a spatula to fold in the oats and diced peach.
- Pour batter into a greased 3 qt. or 9x13 baking dish. Then, bake for 35 minutes.
