Ingredients
- 8 - 12 oz. gluten free pasta
- 8 oz. ham, diced
- 1/4 lb. pepperoni, diced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 handful of fresh basil, chopped
- Optional: 1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
- 3/4 - 1 c. pasta sauce
- mini mozzarella balls
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, slice and dice the ham, pepperoni, bell peppers, basil, and parsley. Drain the pasta, saving a little water, if desired. In a large mixing bowl, toss the pasta with the pasta sauce. Next, add the ham, pepperoni, and peppers. Add the mozzarella or reserve for people to add their own. Garnish with basil and parsley. Serve room temperature or cold.
