Ingredients
- 1 c. unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 - 1 scoop low carb vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. flax seed or MCT oil
- 1/4 of a ripe avocado
- 1/2 c. frozen blackberries or raspberries
- 1/4 c. frozen cranberries
- Optional: ice
- Optional: stevia
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Add ice for a thicker consistency. If your protein powder is unsweetened or you just prefer a sweeter smoothie, add 2 tsp. or one packet of stevia.
