Keto Taco Cheese Cups

Ingredients
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spoon about 2-3 Tbsp. of cheese a few inches apart. Then, bake until bubbly, about 6 minutes.
- Next, remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes. Meanwhile, spray the bottom of a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Carefully remove the cheese and place over the top of each inverted muffin well. Then, place a second muffin tin (also inverted) over top and press down. Finally, allow the taco cups to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Fill cheese cups with all of your taco favorites!
