Meatballs are a terrific option for lunch or dinner. First, you can choose from really any ground meat. Next, there are so many ingredients you can add- soy sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce, Sriracha, onions, garlic, oregano, thyme, Italian seasoning, cheese, bacon…and so much more!
Delicious on their own, meatballs also pair beautifully with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, pasta, or even tomato sauce and a grilled bun.

That’s right! Game changer. By grating the onion, it basically becomes onion juice, which adds tons of flavor and moisture. Seriously- this will allow you to create THE BEST turkey meatballs or Turkey Burgers! Sometimes, I also grate garlic too.

That all depends on what you want. For lower fat, bake. Searing in oil will add more fat, but also more flavor. Air frying is a great option that lies somewhere in the middle. Faster, with more moisture and flavor than baked, but without the negative extras of frying.
Some say, yes. They help to bind the meat together. I say, maybe. This depends on the recipe and type of meatballs. For this recipe, I did not use any breadcrumbs, but sometimes I do.
