Easy Italian Nachos

For a fun twist on a classic appetizer- these easy Italian nachos are piled with sausage, pepperoni, diced peppers, marinara sauce, and plenty of mozzarella! Ready in 15 minutes or less!

With nachos- we typically think of chicken or beef topped with peppers, onions, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and tons of cheese! But, there are so many fun options!

These Italian nachos are a fun twist on Nacho Night. They make a great appetizer, exciting side dish, or even a fun, Friday night dinner! They're also perfect for your next party or game-day snack!

Now, I love cheese, but I also don't need my nachos dripping with grease. By using a healthy amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and even mini mozzarella pearls- these nachos still have tons of cheesy goodness, without the messy fingers!

This recipe is also terrific because there is minimal cooking required. Simply add tortilla chips to a baking sheet. Top with a few Italian favorites- just think of your favorite pizza toppings! Then, heat and brown with the broiler. I would recommend using the low broil setting to avoid burning. Single servings could also be heated in an air fryer.

For a complete meal, load with veggies, meat, and cheese. You could even be very patriotic by topping your Italian nachos with onions, mozzarella, and green & red bell peppers.

For your next game night, set up a build-your-own nacho bar with fun Italian toppings.
