Keto Iced Coffee Smoothie

With this keto iced coffee smoothie- you can enjoy your morning coffee, plus a healthy, low carb breakfast all-in-one!

When you're following a keto diet, there are many things you cannot have, but there are a few perks! Heavy cream (check the label) has no carbs! Coffee also has no carbs! Though caffeine has been known to throw some people out of ketosis... This smoothie is just as delicious with decaf!

Anyway, this iced coffee keto smoothie is fun and fabulous! Quick and simple to make- it's also healthy with only a few carbs. It will be higher fat and calories than other smoothies, but that's what you want on a keto diet. Plus, this smoothie is filling and refreshing! Perfect for any coffee lover!

My version is packed with protein, fiber, and even a bit of spinach! There are many possible ingredients you could add- you just need to be mindful of your overall carbs.

Coffee + a hearty, low carb smoothie = a breakfast you can look forward to!

Keto Iced Coffee Smoothie Tips & Tricks

  1. Ripe avocado adds fat, fiber, and a smoother consistency! You can also use frozen avocado.
  2. Some protein powder already has a sweetener added, so you may not need to use Stevia.
  3. I prefer chocolate protein powder, but vanilla would also work well.
  4. Sometimes, I like to add cocoa powder for more fiber and flavor, but be mindful of total carbs.
