Ok, well...the dog is barking...
Oh, and the kids are arguing...
Someone needs to be at soccer practice in 10 minutes...
You haven't even decided what to make for dinner, let alone started...
The dryer is buzzing...
And then, your mother-in-law sends you a recipe she'd just love at the brunch you are hosting on Saturday...
Followed by a text from your husband- wondering what's for dinner...
Girlfriend, it sounds like you could really use a few deep breaths AND... this cocktail! (Send your husband to soccer practice and tell him to pick up dinner on the way home.)
Super simple with ingredients you already have!
Pour. Mix. Sip. Relax.
Vodka: vanilla vodka, whipped cream vodka, orange vodka, even rum will work!
Orange Juice: fresh squeezed (who are we kidding?!?) or straight from the bottle
Cream: heavy, light, dairy free, coffee creamer...in a pinch, just use milk!
Milk: Any kind will do- cow, goat, almond, oat, soy, coconut...
Made by Good Humor for almost 100 years, these frozen treats feature vanilla ice cream coated with orange sherbet. Both "Creamsicle" and "Popsicle" are brand names owned by Unilever. Orange was the original flavor; however, now there are many to choose from- raspberry, lime, grape, blueberry, and more!
How much is a shot anyway? Most believe that it is 1 oz. of liquor, but it should really be 1.5oz. The easiest way to measure is by using a shot glass. This is equivalent to 3 tablespoons of liquid. A shot would be a little less than 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons is 1/4 of a cup.) You can also measure with a 3-second pour.
With 4 simple ingredients, you can be sipping on this creamy & dreamy orange creamsicle cocktail!
