Are you ready for some football?
The super bowl is here yet again. Can you believe it?!? Given the limited sporting events this season, I wonder if the Super Bowl will garner an even larger audience? At the very least, there will be a lot more individual TVs tuned in, since we can't gather.
So, it may be a much smaller party, but we still need some party snacks!
Truth be told, I've always been more of a boneless wing kind of gal. Don't get me wrong- wings are delicious! They just never seemed quite worth the mess. Sticky, messy, orange fingers...no thank you!
But...after working on this recipe- I may be a convert!
These wings are crispy on the outside, but tender and juicy on the inside. People will think they are deep fried!
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees. Then, add the chicken wings to the basket. Keep them in a single layer and do not overcrowd. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket 2-3 times. Next, flip each wing over and cook for another 9 minutes, shaking the basket every 2 minutes, or until the wings are brown and crisp.
These simple air fryer Buffalo wings are so crispy with only a little oil! This gluten free appetizer or snack is cooked in less than 20 minutes. Then, simply toss with your favorite sauce.
