I mean...we were going to add cheese anyway...so let's create a cheese envelope and then add all of our favorite (low carb!) taco fixins'! And when you're on a keto diet- cheese is a terrific food choice! Most varieties are high in fat, moderate in protein, and very low in carbs.
But, whether you're following a keto diet or not- realize that these cups will be higher in fat and calories than your average tortilla. Leftover cups can be stored in the fridge; however, they will not hold their shape when reheated.
